Ayurveda

Holisitic healing

The Vedas are instruction for people to learn in order to live harmoniously with others and with themselves. The Ayurveda teaches a person how to harmoniously keep the soul and the material body together so that they may properly perform other processes, such as yoga. A significant aspect of the Ayurveda is food. Food makes the mood bad or good. Food is the fuel for the body and it is the greatest influence on the body’s balance and functioning. Therefore, how one eats will determine the mood of a person’s mind and body. Because food is also fuel for the body, how and what a person eats will affect the levels of bile, gas and mucus in the body. When these levels are irregular, it will result in diseases and disorders. Ayurveda not only cures diseases and disorders, but also more importantly, teaches how to prevent diseases and disorders.
